During these visits, we also evaluate the finest local restaurants to recommend for lunch and dinner reservations, assess venues for cocktail receptions, and liaise with ground transportation companies to arrange the best possible service.

We maintain a Hospitality Desk in the hotel lobby throughout the event, staffed by assistants who are available to support guests with airport transfers to and from the hotel, hotel check-in, meeting room setup and coffee break supervision, coordination of car rentals with drivers, confirmation of restaurant reservations, and the re-confirmation or modification of flight arrangements whenever necessary.
